Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BÉIS travel gear, but if it's not the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Please note that a small handling fee applies to returns, while exchanges and store credit are always free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unused items back into their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label securely to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
